Welcome to North Coast Trader ABN: 48544344260. North Coast Trader referred to in the Terms and Conditions as 'NCT', 'our', 'us' or 'we'.

By using North Coast Trader you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

Free Classified ads are STRICTLY for private residential (non business) advertisers only.  For example, those wishing to sell their private car, clear out their home, advertise their garage sale, look for shared accommodation,etc.  

Free Classified Ads are not for anyone in business, or a profit making venture.   Free Classifieds Ads do not include  community events,  classes, lessons, training,  meetings, those seeking employment or wishing to advertise employment, or any income generating ventures.  These ads must be advertised in our business section

Those advertisers in business, trades,  services, schools, church or community organisations or working from home or in any profit making venture are required to advertise in our business advertising section.  

Sellers and buyers are responsible for all transactions arising from use of our publication or on our website.   Sellers and buyers are responsible for complying  and being up to date with any applicable laws, regulations or restrictions within New South Wales.

NCT reserves the right to abbreviate, edit, re-catagorise or decline any advertisement.

NCT may occasionally review advertising rates.

Payment must be made at the time when lodging an advertisement either online or over the telephone.

NCT endeavours to meet with advertisers requirements and deadlines, however is unable to guarantee the insertion of any particular advertisement on a specified date.

NCT does not issue refunds for advertisements once placed.

Sellers / Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisement is lawful,  truthful and does not contain inappropriate language.

All original design and artwork remains the property of NCT and may not be reproduced, without written permission of the NCT.

NCT does not accept liability for any errors, misprints or omissions, delays and/or failure of publication, which may occur when you are using their site or service and may result in loss or damages.

NCT has a policy to provide a professional service, however cannot be not liable for printing errors, and can not guarantee the size, colour and placement of any advertisement.

NCT does not accept any liability, loss or damage arising from false or misleading advertising in print or on our website.

Advertisers on our website are bound by our Terms and Conditions and use of our website indicates the advertisers acceptance of these terms and conditions, which can be changed by NCT at our discretion.
